Ingredients

  • Fresh Basil (Lots, at least a cup of fresh basil leaves)

  • Garbanzo beans (at least a cup of homemade or 1 can)

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • Raw garlic

  • Broth or liquid from beans to get it to the desired texture

Directions

  • Throw everything into a food processor and blend until you get the consistency you want. Add liquid as necessary to make it smooth.
  • Serve with vegetable sticks or pita bread.
