For me, day prepping involves not only meals, but also equipment, clothes, and personal hygiene items. I work as a Personal Trainer at multiple locations which have different uniforms. I typically work out between my PT sessions. And in the evening, I lead the kids Jiu Jitsu classes and assist with the adult classes. All activities during my day require different attire. At the beginning of the week, I pack outfits in labelled plastic bags (pants, sports bra, socks, and top). That way when I am packing for the next day, I just grab the bags of clothes I need for all occasions the next day.
