1/2 cup Protein Oats, 1/2 cup blended fat free cottage cheese, and 2 eggs.
40 grams of Protein
15 grams of Fat
30 grams Carbohydrate
I add a piece of fruit to increase the carbohydrates.
I don’t like cottage cheese unless it is blended. Once it is smooth, I can use it to increase the grams of protein in just about any dish. Add spices and herbs to create a dip/dressing. I love mixing it with Mexican seasonings to make a dip for no carb toasted tortillas.
