Ingredients
Low Carb Tortilla
Red, green, and yellow peppers (frozen works as well)
Eggs
Sausage
Salsa (I use my homemade salsa)
Sour Cream (optional)
Cheese (optional)
Directions
- Scramble the eggs in some butter
- Cook the sausage and drain the grease
- Saute’ the peppers in butter
- Put all ingredients into a tortilla and fold. If adding cheese, put inside the tortilla with the other ingredients. Cook each side until crispy.
- Add salsa and sour cream if desired
