Ingredients
2 sticks unsalted butter – room temperature
2 eggs – room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 brown sugar
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder (or 2 tsp Cream of Tarter and 1 tsp Baking Soda)
Pinch of salt
5-8 ounces of chocolate chips (I like to use dark or semi-sweet)
3/4 cup sweetened coconut shredded
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 Viking Oven (375 regular oven)
- Beat sugar and butter together until smooth
- Add eggs
- Add flours
- Add baking powder and salt
- Add chips, pecans, and coconut
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
