Leftover brined chicken that was cooked in a slow cooker. Drained non-fat Greek yogurt with Ranch seasoning. Red Wine Vinegar…WOW.
Mix the chicken with the Red Wine Vinegar, drained yogurt, Ranch seasoning. Use a fat free cheese and condiments (pickles, onion, tomato, lettuce/kale) to make your low fat chicken salad sandwich. It is really, really, really, goooood! High Protein and Low Fat. This was high in Carbs because I used a bagel. This meal was after some workouts so I needed to up my carbs.
