Basically combined shea butter, cocoa butter, bees wax, and lots of essential oils such as Lavender, tea tree, Cedarwood oil, Eucalyptus, Geronium, Frankincense, Peppermint, and Chamomile. It doesn’t lather up at all as I didn’t use any lye, but I love how creamy it is on my dry skin. Doing Jiu Jitsu and cross-training, sometimes I take 4 showers a day. I shower before Jiu-Jitsu and after. And if I do an a.m. session and a p.m. session, that is 4 showers…then throw in a something at lunch, and that is 5. I need something more creamy and smooth.
