Ingredients

  • Cabbage (I use red and green cabbage)

  • 3/4 – 1 cup mayonnaise

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Onion Powder

Directions

  • Shred cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic. I use a Robot Coupe attachment and run everything through a fine shredder attachment.
  • Mix in mayo and spices and you’re done. Some people add mustard.
