Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup Cocoa

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 8 ounces chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate)

Directions

  • Boil half the water with the cocoa, sugar, and salt.
  • Once it is boiling and the ingredients are all mixed, then add the vanilla, chocolate chips, and remainder of the water. Stir until completely mixed.
  • Put in the refrigerator until cold and then follow the instructions on your ice cream maker.
