Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 cup cauliflower riced and moisture extracted
Herbs de Provence or your own select herbs such as basil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
- Toppings
Toppings such as onions and mushrooms and bell peppers
Mozzerella Cheese
- Sauce
1 can (8-10 oz) Tomato Sauce
I can (2 oz) Tomato Paste
Herbs de Provence or herbs of your choice
1/4 cup olive oil (optional) use water if you don’t use oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 (Viking) or 425 (regular oven)
- Mix all the crust ingredients in a stand mixer. Spread out in a pan (I use cast iron)
- Cook the crust by itself for about 5-8 minutes.
- Add sauce and toppings to the crust and cook for about 5 more minutes.
- Add mozzerella cheese to top of the pizza and cook until the cheese is bubbly.
