Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup cauliflower riced and moisture extracted

  • Herbs de Provence or your own select herbs such as basil

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • Toppings
  • Toppings such as onions and mushrooms and bell peppers

  • Mozzerella Cheese

  • Sauce
  • 1 can (8-10 oz) Tomato Sauce

  • I can (2 oz) Tomato Paste

  • Herbs de Provence or herbs of your choice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil (optional) use water if you don’t use oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 (Viking) or 425 (regular oven)
  • Mix all the crust ingredients in a stand mixer. Spread out in a pan (I use cast iron)
  • Cook the crust by itself for about 5-8 minutes.
  • Add sauce and toppings to the crust and cook for about 5 more minutes.
  • Add mozzerella cheese to top of the pizza and cook until the cheese is bubbly.
