Ingredients
Fresh Basil (Lots, at least a cup of fresh basil leaves)
Garbanzo beans (at least a cup of homemade or 1 can)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
Raw garlic
Broth or liquid from beans to get it to the desired texture
Directions
- Throw everything into a food processor and blend until you get the consistency you want. Add liquid as necessary to make it smooth.
- Serve with vegetable sticks or pita bread.
