Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter – room temperature

  • 2 eggs – room temperature

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 3/4 brown sugar

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder (or 2 tsp Cream of Tarter and 1 tsp Baking Soda)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 5-8 ounces of chocolate chips (I like to use dark or semi-sweet)

  • 3/4 cup sweetened coconut shredded

  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325 Viking Oven (375 regular oven)
  • Beat sugar and butter together until smooth
  • Add eggs
  • Add flours
  • Add baking powder and salt
  • Add chips, pecans, and coconut
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes
