
In a matter of 3 months, Lathie lost approximately 20 pounds and completely changed her body composition. The combination of small diet changes, strength and conditioning training, and her love of jiu jitsu, made for a perfect success recipe.
I didn’t drastically change her diet, as she was eating whole foods and relatively healthy. She increased protein intake overall and altered her post workout macros.
