Leading up to Pans I was very strict with my diet during the week…following RP @wilcoxstrengthinc guidelines and set macros for each meal. One of the things I used to eat a lot of was creamy dressings (Ranch, Honey Mustard, Blue Cheese). Given that I didn’t have the fat allotments to be able to eat those creamy dressings, I figured out some hacks to substitute mayo. Tofu became a staple in dressings as it provided the creamy texture and added to my protein intake. I would also add fat free sour cream and/or yogurt depending on what taste I was after.

I put a block of tofu in a food processor and added veges and spices. For ranch, I added garlic, onion, parsley, dill, paprika, tad of mustard, tad of sour cream, salt and pepper. One batch was very thin from adding vinegar instead of mustard so I thickened it with a pinch of xanthan gum.
